Located off of Route 10 in Dover, The Brick offers pizzas & a variety of appetizers & entrees cooked in our authentic imported wood-burning brick oven, the first of its kind in the area.

Our pizzas, made with the highest quality ingredients, are cooked at high temperatures using locally sourced oak, which gives our pies a smoky flavor with a crisp crust & slight char on the outer edges that distinguish our pies from other pizzas.
