Our pizzas, made with the highest quality ingredients, are cooked at high temperatures using locally sourced oak, which gives our pies a smoky flavor with a crisp crust & slight char on the outer edges that distinguish our pies from other pizzas.
Meatball parm was so good .. super good meatballs and we are picky..the boil with beef is so creamy and was very yummy .. portions are big .. BLT salad another plus .. absolutely will come back .. great attentive service and friendly

Outstanding Food, service and drinks at The Brick. Daily happy hour specials are unique and the drink selection is extensive. The wood-fire's pizzas are delicious. The Best pizza (no kidding, the best, in my 30 years of word wide pizza tasting)!
